pace fork question

can anyone tell me what model pace forks these are ?
i've taken them apart, they need new elastomers.
i also need to know how i can run cantilever brakes with them.
the bridge has a hole but no canti rocker.
i'd really like to restore them to a usable condition.

Rc35 MXCD. From around 1995-96.

To use cantis on the rear you need a rocker, for the front a hanger ( The braces are interchangeable i think?).
