Orbit gold medal pannier mounts

Hi,
I have just acquired a 25" Orbit gold medal which I am gradually upgrading and have attached a photo for information.
I would like to attach a pannier to the existing threaded holes at the rear of the frame but require some attachment screws. There are a pair of threaded holes on the frame near the rear brake and there are other threaded holes above the top of the rear axle which appear to be the same size.
Does anyone know the size of the threaded holes and where you can obtain suitable screws?

M5 standard water bottle machine screws will do the job nicely.

'M5 cap head A2 machine screw' is your best search term for eBay where you can buy them in small quantities. Generally you need a 10-12mm one for the right to avoid hitting the chain, but I like a 15mm in the left lower. 12mm or so are fine for the top ones.

Screwfix do Them as well in A2. Sure I have a bag. Mine are 15 long. Trim with a hacksaw. How many do you need?

Toolstation if you have depot near you will probably be cheapest

Choose stainless rather than bright steel

I use a dab of threadlock too, not sure if that's commonly done.
