Orange frame - what model and any opinions on value?

Picked up frame below on a whim but not sure of the model, year or value. Couldn't even see a serial number under the bottom bracket - are they somewhere else?

Has crud catcher mounts on the downtube and paint is in reasonable condition.

no idea, sorry. is that the original colour?

Series 8 tubing = P7. Probably later 90s since the back end is set up for v brakes not cantis, 97 or later.

It doesn't look like a respray to me.

I would be looking at 1998 Orange P7 and plus/minus a year.
Serial would date it, but I guess the paint is too thick.

I will have a closer look but seems to agree with cce.

Have to decide noe whether to build it of move it on!

Forgot to ask about where these are measured to. Is it the top of the seat tube making mine a 21" as per the last photo?
