All that's pictured is included, original Orange seatpost and saddle. Paint is faded and has numerous chips/scratches which some have ben touched in many years ago, but no cracks or dents. Headset has some play, and driveside crank arm thread to remove it has stripped, saying that, the bottom bracket spins smooth and there is plenty of life left in the chainrings/

It will be yes. I've got an identical one that's got the 1-1/8" f7 fork just like this one.
