Has a Kore stem too and I would say it’s a Raleigh. Looks like the head badge was removed. Just a guess though.

Selling for parts would be more than £50 so a little bargain I’d say.

I think the cranks are Acera? Still, quite nice and ideal for a retro 1x conversion.

Don't think WI ever made 4 arm crank arms though... even the licenced Sugino ones.

My money is also on Raleigh. I seem to recall one of the lower end RSP frames being in this colour?
