Old skool 1" steerer 22.2mm quill stem
Steel, with cable hanger hole. Good rise of approx 30o and 50mm from base of head to max line, so good for getting the nars up if needed.
100mm reach, for standard 25.4 bars. Paint really good and clean with marks below the max line.
Being steel it will keep all those evil vibrations at bay too.
No markings except date of 88....think its sakae ringle / suntour, possibly out of a muddy fox possibly....
