Old Control Tech pulleys

Does anyone know if they work well as a floating pulley on shimano derrailleurs?

Can't speak about controltech specifically but I've changed many a shimano jockey for a non floating alloy option and never noticed a difference.

Others may have different opinions but that's my experience

I tried fitting the pulley but the bolt seems too thick for it´s hole. Weird.
