Hi, is anyone aware of modern-ish brake calipers that are made/available with the nutted style fitment for older frames?

Many thanks

Tektro.

Spa cycles. SJS cycles. Older frames intended for mudguards will probably require longer drop brakes.

If you are handy you can buy the bolts/nuts to convert any dual pivot brake set to nutted from ebay. I did it to a set of Tektros and am pretty happy with the results.

That's the opposite of what we used to do back in the day. Customer would bring in a set of nutted calipers wanting them converting to alen keys. If there was a specific front caliper (like Campag had) we would put the rear centre bolt in the front caliper and a new (shorter) centre bolt in the rear. If the calipers were identical we just fitted the short bolt in the front caliper.
Charged the same price though.
Unlike some places what we didn't do was charge the customer for two new centre bolts.
