Do you have a link to the ebay page?If you are handy you can buy the bolts/nuts to convert any dual pivot brake set to nutted from ebay. I did it to a set of Tektros and am pretty happy with the results.
No, but you can get one here. Just replace the bolt on the rear brake and mount it on the fork. Replace the recessed nut on the front brake with a hex nut and mount it on the back. Easy peasy.Do you have a link to the ebay page?
