rare opportunity. the barracuda cycles company only existed for a few years during the 1990s - see http://www.barracudabicycles.com/wp/history/
this frame dates from 1995 and has a special top tube with a V-shaped cross-section - or rather a teardrop shape. it narrows towards the bottom. the brake cable routing along the seat tube and the attachment point for a pulley on the seat tube are also very unique. the material is butted 7005 aluminium. in hierarchy it's the one just below the team bike. interesting fact: they had a race team
you will find a lot of information about this rather small 90s bicycle company on the above-mentioned website. the frame has a racegeo (as described for the predecessor in the '93 catalogue), is light and had a straight sus-corrected fork (similar to the kona p2) from the factory, so it should be possible to ride it with either a rigid or contemporary suspension fork (yes Ø1 1/8" standard luckily fits). the threads are all intact, nothing is bent or dented, no chainsuck nor cablerub, but the blue-green of the beautiful two-tone paint is unfortunately scratched in the lower area (see pictures).
see photos for exact dimensions asking 150€ plus shipping (i'm based in germany). happy to ship anywhere on the planet at cost
