NOS Raceface 4130 stem

Mint and rare 25.4 clamp, length about 130 mm, decent rise but unsure of the actual degrees
Sat unused in a parts box since purchased in early 90's
1 1/8" steer tube application threadless

Bumpity bumpity bump.

If anyone is interested I currently have Geoff's rare as hen's teeth Canadian made RM stem. As far as I can see it appears to be a very early effort at a quill-less stem. It is a lovely item but I'd love to hear from an expert - cue Geoff - as to how it is fitted (and pics would be appreciated!!).
It is currently here in Cambridge UK but will be shortly returning to the land of maple syrup so get your messages in now before it's too late.

Hello Ferrus,

I received a PM from Moritz (Cogtopus) for which I'm finding out a courier cost.
If the cost to Germany is more than the £45 in total then I guess it'll pass onto you.

Going forward I should ask people to make a public notice of intent before a PM (I think these are the rules).

Looks like a standard fit to me. The red ring is just a fancy external bolt and the knurled black inner looks like a variant of the hope head doctor ie it expands when you tighten the top cap screw.
