Not so long ago I begrudgingly parted with my NOS Disk Drive Comp to fund a modern project (I know, I know...) & pretty-well immediately regreted it. The problem I had with the DD was that it was absolutely mint, never assembled, in the box & I couldn't bring myself to build & use (or even display) it so I decided it was better off in the hands of someone who would appreciate it & not just stash it away (like I had).
Then, to my amazement last week I spied a NOS DD Pro built with a NOS Sun Chinook rim & a NOS screw-on Maillard hub... so I snapped it up! It's not in as mint a condition as the one I passed on but it's pretty bloody good!
