The LA Lights are still around, don't know much about them as never had any interest in them...just go to their website...

^^ Holy moly - that's one hell of a collection!

I'd not realised that collecting trainers (sneakers) was a "thing" until I decided to try and find a pair of trainers that I owned (and loved) as a kid. They were NFL American football styled trainers by Pony.....after a bit of web trawling I found out they were called "Linebackers".

Surprisingly there were very few pics of them on the internet a few years ago but there was reference to a book that they featured in - so I bought the book!

And recently - after years of watching/trawling/checking eBay I managed to find a NIB pair! Happy days.
