Was thinking same, head tube repair ? but it's cheap, just needs a repaint.

Makes me appreciated FATs even more tbh, pretty, strong welds are as std.

Is it just me or is there holes maybe caused by a repair where headtube meets down tube?

Looks like some kind of inclusions in the brazing, not detrimental to the welding underneath.
