Right sorted..but it was a 26.8 after all ! The clamp just needed a bit of persuading. That's the post stem and bars ticked off

Fighting with the FAT clan for a decent seatpost wasn't going to be my idea of fun

26.4mm is FAT, Orange and certain other iconic bikes sizes. Always loved the look of that particular Syncros combo. Its just shouts, im bombproof and mean business. Wonder if anybody ever managed to snap one in normal use :? Afaik i have never seen it.
