Newbie with a marin in need of help

Hi, i have a marin B17 that is in need of a good service, ive tracked down a workshop manual for the front marzochhi bomber forks but need a general one for the bike if anyone has one?

Any ideas best place to buy a replacement bearing kit for the frame?

Also does anyone knew what would be the best replacement/upgrade for the rear shock?
