Amazing! Used to have the "ordinary" 5-arm version. Sadly not much use without the dedicated BB.. And how would one manage to get replacement chainrings??

Sadly... For those who do not have a dedicated BB. This is basically a museum piece and you are asking how to get a replacement chainrings? My son, nowhere.
