That is a real beauty, I am tryng to find a nice rigid large framed early steel Kona here in the UK. That was a steal for £100

Took me about 3 yeras of looking and loosing out on other frames before this one came along, very pleased at the moment :D
 
I have one of these. Originally came with an XT rear hub and kona's own brand front hub. The bontrager bar is their generic standard Ti bar. There was a higher spec Race version at the time called the 118 after its weight, 118 grams.

Thanks for the info. It seems that this bike was original apart from the tyres and one chain ring. Have changed the grip shift for a set of Deore thumbies.

Added new seat post as the original kona one was bent. A shorter stem and new Terra one tyres.
