Need help to identify how old is CINELLI road frame

Retro Newbie
I've found an old road frame. It's not with the original painting (I was told that it has been professionally repainted in the past - at the end of 80s maybe) and there aren't any decals on the frame or fork. Under the paint it's very easy to find that both rear triangle and fork have been chromed by the manufacturer.
On the head tube there is a Cinelly badge - made of copper, not painted.
Please check the pictures attached to help me find how old is this badge.
Any suggestions are welcome. :)
Thanks in advance!

Re:

That is a head tube badge pre 1974, it would have been painted, what size is it, 51, 55, or 56mm? If it is 56 then it was enamel painted originally.

But as others have said seeing the whole bike may make it easier to date it. :D
