Elastomers look like MCU type and given you have type 2 looking adaptors are probably the type two mcu type. They're 22mm iirc, Indy are 17mm given or take a mm as I cannot remember exactly.
Don't know manitou diameters.
Some of them look new, some are worn.
Top crown is rockshox, measure it as it looks like mag but it's not a rockshox branded one as the crown is not SL shiney.
Wish I could see the pictures in the mobile reply as going of what I remember seeing.

That last piece - CARBON FIBER S/T UPGADE KIT - I think that's a reinforcement for the steerer tube on certain Manitou models.
I had X-Vert Super on a Specialized Enduro, and I remember getting a plug just like that (it was a safety thing) and I had to jam it in the steerer tube.
Looking back, it doesn't seem like something the consumer should have been doing, but I'm sure I did it, and not the shop.

TypeII 97 (short spring top, long MCU elastomers bottom)
TypeIII 98. Bottom MCU became a spring,
Later in hydrocoil era they had one long spring iirc.
