Bought off that large online auction site a few years back.

Forks mounted from memory , set-up as a tourer

No bb mounted frame number

any thoughts ?

Yeh. But there are is only a limited description and no actual mention of the BB specifically. It does say that it is basically a budget White Spider so a lugged BB shell would be a time and cost saver (like the Genisis or Bottom Line).
Could be anything really I suppose, could be custom.

I have never seen the underslung brake mounts on a Roberts before but the Genesis I had was fillet brazed with a cast bottom bracket, only one bottle mount suggests no touring pretensions.

I can't see from the pics in the op if it has any eyelets at the rear drop outs, as they’re hidden by some foliage!

I think that it was all a bit fluid back then, I have a 92 Genisis and a 96 one has a lugged BB the other fillet brazed.
