Do not think the cracks are in a structurally significant place. If they had been on the thicker out side portion it would be an issue but inner part just links the 2 sides and plenty of other material present.

Okay, that was my thinking as well but good to hear someone else agrees. The frame is not my style (so won't be keeping for myself) but pretty cool, I think I may spend the time to restore it, thanks for chiming in!

Thanks, I think you're right. Top caps are plastic in rough shape, hopefully it's possible to disassemble and bring back to life, cheers!

Norco sold the same frame as well if that helps for finding replacement parts.
