Hey retrobikers! Some help with you knowledge please. Need some help identifying this rusty frame. Its by no means my nicest find, but bought it anyway, cause Reynolds(albeit low end) tubing. The 'go to' Charlie Cunningham is obviously not an option here i think, so thinking Richard Cunningham of Nishiki Fandom? Can't find any Nishiki models carrying his name/brand only though. Is this just a department store frame? this logo bares a striking resemblance to the Nishiki logo of the era? Head scratcher.
