Way ahead of you, my friend. Seller just got back to me and confirmed it was aluminum, and he did use a magnet.Kona-Ian":3tru63te said:Why not ask him to chuck a magnet on it?
Not near me in Essex.
I agree whole-heartedly. In fact, I actually bought that one from LGF a few years ago! Small World...daugs":13gmu5dp said:on e stays generally I was always tempted by Pacific Cycles one viewtopic.php?f=6&t=339854&hilit=+expert or another with a different paint job, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=286326&hilit=+expert, mainly as I liked my standard one, they are rare and relatively unknown and hence cheap, and a bit different.
Good luck

I've actually been out of the saddle for awhile now, doing more collecting than riding due to lack of time. For almost 20 years, my daily commute to work took anywhere between 2 and 4 hours round-trip (78 miles from the country into downtown, and another 78 mies from downtown back home, so that's 156 miles, 150 of which are on the freeway), but now that I've been on "COVID lockdown" I actually have some time to ride. I also plan to retire soon, and when that happens, I won't have any more excuses for not riding, so in a long-winded answer to your question, "I don't know, but some day before I die, I hope to find out."daugs":wjrqh15c said:...how does it ride in comparison to others
