My Retro bikes

Cetim

Devout Dirtbag
I'm more of a lurker but thought I'd post up my little group. Finally got them all working although I guess never finished.

The Raleigh I've had since new, the Orange and Marin both bought as frames (ebay and from here) and built up. None of them are remotely OEM but built up with a mix of period parts.

Caught the bug bad though after years away, not sure what to build next!

Re:

Thanks. It's funny. The Raleigh is the one everyone comments on but It was never noticed BITD.

Yep, the Raleigh does it for me too. Would love a little Technium myself

I like the paint on the Marin.

But you need to cut the bars down, as the brake levers aren't quite touching each other! ;)

Re:

Team Marin looks great, thats the era that I used to drool over them in Reg Braddicks, Cardiff.

Love em them mate as you've made a real nice job of the Marin & Orange and i can't believe how well the Raleigh look's  and tbh back in the late 80s i use to want one of those Marin's just because of the colour scheme's they had  but yea! they still look cool to me and maybe some day in the future i'll own one when i eventually sell one of my bike's to make some room  ..
