The Whole property looks amazing to be fair, time very well spent me thinks.

I hope now that we shall see some more of you round these parts.
Thanks fella, it’s been a nightmare 18 months between this being started in the wettest winter (2019) with countless named storms, the Covid trapping our windows in Germany for 6 months and the builders having to socially isolate with one trade on site at a time then umpteen stupid job (or lack of) issues..

The house is now exactly as I wanted it 8 years ago but didn’t have time or money. The rest of it is just madness, a mess of my eclectic taste and countless collections of nonsense!

I can see I have a pile of catching up on here, there’ve been some cool builds going on!

Fantastic transformation on house, workshop and garage - Inspirational stuff!

Nearly worth losing the triple length garage for.

;)

Re:

Strangely enough I was in my garage tonight, hiding from the children and trying to work out how to organise the space better.

Lovely work Pete, just perfect. Inspiration for where I want to be in the same time frame!

Great thread this.
certainly given me some ideas, particularly as I am moving house next week, South Wales to South Devon. So will have to assemble something up in the coming months.
Really liked the wine rack, good idea with kitchen units being raised 10cm. Plus having good lighting is something that can be easily overlooked. Anyway it looks brilliant, and functional, and of course the window is the cherry on top!

 Newton Abbot's a fair trek from the Valleys, at least you removal truck won't hit any traffic at this time of year

Yes will certainly be a change. Moving to a village called Galmpton near Brixham. So will have Dartmoor on my doorstep for cycling. So cant wait! Still got the worry of finding space to house the bikes.. so this thread has been very useful. :)
