My GT Backwoods in purple from 1994 build

I thought I would document my build on my GT backwoods, I haven't done much yet but hopefully, it will be over this springtime. Might be fairly picture-heavy I do apologise.
The day I picked it up


After I swapped all my Deore LX bits over





First ride nothing major went wrong which is always a plus


So happy with how this looks and rides, the pink valve caps do get changed for purple they were the only thing I didn't like.

Bike ride with my daughter



Ride in the woods, billy bonkers are not the best tyres for mud and leaves, was a very slippery ride but still fun




Had it a month so far and the weather has gotten cold, nice winter rides aren't the best but still nice to get out

Very true. She has a really nice bike to be honest. I do get some funny looks being a 32 year old man on a purple old GT but I don't mind
