Beautiful bike. My heart warms when I see that people cherish machines of that era. Lugged steel with curved forks and braze-ons instead of cable clips is the zenith of bike design in my opinion.

Very elegant bikes, and nice to ride too.
 
Please correct if wrong or you know better but in the depths of grey matter ISTR that they were in some way connected with Flandria
 
I don't know of any connection with Flandria, but I don't know who made the frames for Giubilato.
