Most comfortable retro saddle?

For me it’s always been the Flite and the Vetta SL, both very comfortable.

I even have a flite on one of my modern rides.

I have a Flite shaped arse (it took a few weeks of riding back in the day), so that's the answer for me. Like Malt (above) I have a Flite on every one of my bikes (except my Breezer Ignaz X, where it just looked silly), including moderns.

Also, as has been mentioned before, saddle comfort is so deeply personal that I wouldn't dare to recommend any particular saddle as "comfortable". Sorry.

Flite, Vetta SL, Turbo… I get on less well with Rolls for some reason.
Do like a Brooks though, B17 or Swift, but these are only on touring, gravel, older road bikes - never had one on an MTB, though I’ve a Conquest spring somewhere!!

I find Rolls to be awful - felt as if I was sitting on a cricket ball
Not that I’ve ever sat on a cricket ball but you can imagine

Flite Ti as a retro MTB suitable saddle is quite comfy.
Or a Brooks B17 they’re far the most comfortable I’ve tried but then again I last year bought a Fabric Scoop Ti and it’s about as comfy as the Brooks! Similar concept too.

How to turbo compare to Flite ti in terms of weight? And size ? And comfort?

I've actually ridden the Flite Ti a few times now, and to my surprise it's not awful. Not the best, but ok for maybe an hour or two.
It weighs 203g, and I think I recall seeing the weight of a Turbo being about 295g iirc.

Thanks - 295 isn’t that bad! I saw a nice white perforated one which would suit the Italian build I’m working on
