Moser Over 7003

Literally a bin-find on the way to work with a bloke clearing out his garage for the tip. Not sure what I'm going to do with it but does anyone know much about these? It's dedacciai 7003 as the name suggests...

Can't say I know anything about this specific frame, but I love the paint. I have a silver Ultegra 6500 group (circa 2001) that would look great on this. A new black 11 speed 105 5800 group would look great also. Looks like a fairly tall rider will be needed.
