Morati SC1.1 frame

Hi, I reluctantly sell this Morati SC1.1 titanium fuselage. size 52x50 c / c (52x55 c / e), 1997 maybe.
Frame painted to my taste, inspired by Kish. But used little for a short time and too many bikes.
So, I'd like to make 600 euros out of it. If you are interested, I have a Giant carbon fork with aluminum steerer. Otherwise, remember it has a 1 "head tube.

Hi, is this still available? If so, I have a question or two.

Is the bottom bracket BSA thread?
What is the tyre clearance like please? Will it accept a 28mm rear tyre? (Not worried about forks as I have a suitable Columbus fork)
Do you know the shipping cost to the UK?
