well, it is a mix of Ti specific shock absorbance, while the oversized and butted tubes avoid the famous flex.
these bars are perfect for CC set up and/or moderate trail riding (modern word would be All Mountain...).
the bars are not wide enough for very technical riding.
I love them, this is my 3rd set by now. Am selling these since my CC is a steel Psyclone with a Surly bar and all other bikes are built for the rough side of life. So I rather use WB riser and Bontrager riser, just suits me better.
I fall off things too often, my bikes as well, so there is a point where I consider not to ruin bling parts that had cost me lots.
