Missy Giove - no jail time sentance!

I wonder what the hell she did to blow (bad pun, I know) all of her 'properly earned' cash?

However, when you look into how some of the now 'big bike companies' were funded when they first started out you may be pleasantly surprised!

missy

i think her piranha is still doing a five stretch :D ,that is taing the piss she had 350 lb of weed

She is going to be on probation, they have obviously come to the conclusion she poses little threat of re-offending, and no threat to the public in general.

Seems fair to me, I only know what the judgement is, and base my assumption on that.

Yes, she was implicated in a large movement of dope, but spending hundreds of thousands imprisoning her when there is no suggestion she might repeat that mistake would seem counter productive.

yes ,i'm sure a warning will make her a re-formed person

she wont do that again , no sir

thats why we have such a fine and balanced society
tell them off and they wont re-offend , yup thats the way

I know what you are saying, but at the end of the day there is a limit to how many people you can lock up.

Dope laws are vastly different in the different states, it is not the same as the UK in that respect.

I would much rather see violent/sex offenders locked up for much longer personally.

We in the UK seem to be letting killers and paedophiles out to re offend with little care.

I have a couple of friends who have done long stretches for large (boat loads) of dope, and it did not stop two out of three of them trying again.

Prison just doesn't work generally, only in respect of preventing those actually in prison carrying out offences in the non prison arena.

I don't know what the answer is, but I would feel happy to let Missy take my kids out riding. I don't feel she is going to push drugs on them.

I agree with all of that. Unfortunatley most people see drugs as drugs which is stupid. Its like comparing the person who enjoys a glass of wine at night with the tramp who drinks cheap cider and or meths. There both drinking but at different ends of the spectrum. Weed is like wine, smack crack thats where the tramps are. Before anyone says but its illegal yes it is but only cos it was wrongly catagorised as a narcotic back in victorian times. It isnt physically addictive.
