Merlin Titanium

Loved but little used Merlin Mountain Titanium, 1996, Pace RC35 evo with Titanium Nitride sliders, full XTR on mavic ceramics, synchros seatpost and stem, rohloff titanium chain, shimano carbon brake booster.

Thinking of selling but unsure as to whether I should split or sell complete bike, and what price to ask?

I'd split. The frame is a real purists frame but your kit is real Marmite stuff.
