Up for grabs is a new and unused Mcusta Zanmai Pro 240mm Gyuto. I bought this knife earlier this year to add to my collection and the reality is, is that I haven't used it. I much prefer a 210mm Gyuto as I only have a small kitchen and this is quite a large knife.
Mcusta make lovely knives and this is no exception. The fit and finish is extremely high, with nice features such as rounded off spine and choil. The core of the blade is made from VG10 (stainless) with layers of softer stainless clad to this creating what they call a Damascus finish. The handle is made from red Pakkawood which is extremely durable and won't shrink/crack etc. A Japanese Gyuto is a great all round chefs knife. Here's the link to Mcustas page:

This cost me over £200 but would like £150 posted for it. Any questions, please ask.
