Am not sure of the exact dimensions , but could the foam “fingers” used to cover the last generation Pace forks lock out lever be re-purposed for this. Now these maybe equally rare hard to find, but just an other idea to broaden search

I already thought of this too, maybe try some Grafton lever covers.

If you don't fancy trying to make some, then I think I used some cut down brake lever covers when I had a set back in the day. Can get cheap Chinese lever covers for about £2 on ebay etc.
