Mavic rims "made in France" vs "made in Romania"?

My reply is speculative, admittedly; however Mavic have been making the hubs and spokes in Romania for quite a while, along with all their carbon wheel production. The Alu rimes used to be made in france, then shipped to Romania for assembly into complete wheels.
Whether the new owners just moved the alu equipment there wholesale after they went bust, moved production, or always made some Alu rims in Romania also, I don't fully know.
But given the high-end stuff and complete wheelsets have been Romanian-built for around a decade,I doubt there would be any drop in quality, for instance.
