Was gifted this ~ 5 years ago and re-gifted.
Made it “modern” w/ a clutched 1x10 but binned all the original stuff.
Bonus is f/r suspension works perfectly.
Sold both these and Palominos in a shop in Seattle so know them well (tech, manufacturing and splashy marketing crud).
2 months ago was gifted a rare Cook Designs Mt. Palomar and finished off the build with complete XCPro.
Undoubtedly both will collect dust since I’m a 5’11” person.
Long/low/slack/steep seat tube angle?
This bike breaks all the rules of the new school stuff.
