Marin Team Issue 94 -XT groupset really?

I've never been great at selling, in trying to move on a Pine Mountain I ended up buying a TI94 frame and fork today.

I seem to be having a bit of an issue working out what groupset came as standard. The brochure, helpfully on here, states it was full XT(?). If that's right then it should be the M737 but the image seems to suggest the front crank is a M900 (although I'm on my phone). Can any confirm what's what?

The 93 was full XTR and there wasn't a 95. I've seen a few Team Issues on here but not a 94 in the dark purple build like the brochure, more like the light pink Pine 94 or TI 93.

I've got almost full groupset for both (no hubs for either) and want to put the Sunday to good use!

1994 Team Issue is full XTR kit, and 28/32 front wheels on mavic 230s.

28 hole always makes it interesting.

1993 was the same but araya rm395 rims


The Team Marin (same bike) was equipped with XT, maybe you are reading that?

Thanks. Must be a misprint in the catalogue, definitely states XT, thought it was a little odd.

That Titec titanium bar is the thing that's troubling me, can't get very far without that -and won't buy from certain ebayers however quick it can be turned around.

I've got a Titec/Bontrager Ti bar off my 92 Xizang if that would help you out. I'd have to get the 1&1/8 threaded stem off and the Onza bar ends before I could even venture a condition though.

Also XTR would be amazing for your build. It would definitely be odd for a top line bike to have XT
