Wanted Manitou HT front mech ec or clamp on 1.5"

Looking for a front mech to fit a Manitou HT

I've not seen spins on a manitou before. I put my Spins on most of my bikes at one time or another but didn't try the Spins.
Interesting choice of parts as well I like it.
