This rare Major visits my local sports centre regularly. Not a period build but the crankset may be original. Dynamo bracket on forks is a proper retro feature!

Looks like a very tourist like bike with the canti bosses, cable run for the rear brake a bit odd as I would have thought it would have had stops and maybe a couple more eyes for carriers.....

Nice! Looks like it was built for smaller wheels, though, judging by the location of the cantilever bosses and the space behind the seat tube.
