Mail order powder coating?

I had my Cannondale powder coated locally to me, by a place with an excellent reputation.

From this;




To this;







Acid dipped, blasted, primered, Basic white powder finish, new decals & clear coated by a car body painters.

Can I ask who did that as I want a frame painted soon somewhere local ish if poss.
