Lyotard pedals

I have recently acquired a pair of these rather good looking Lyotard pedals. However they seem a little on the narrow side to me. Can any of you experts out there tell me whether these are full adult pedals or are they a junior version?

I attach a photo showing the type of pedal and the overall width, which is 116mm, or what seems to be 90mm shoe width.

I always struggled with such pedals and either bought the pista/track version if possible or sawed the ends off to make it into a track look-a-like as the upturned quill dug into the side of my foot
