its really nice on my local trails at the mo and the woods at fritton are really really getting nice as me and mark and lewis have opened it up a bit more bigger than chicksands but not no 4x track followed by tea and cake back at mine

im in lowestoft post code NR33 9LP plenty of parking at car park round the corner (free parking) the loop will proberly take about 3-4hrs in total start time 10.00am
