decals are not correct for model, though.
looking at the rear drop out it's 1993 or later, it still has a older 'bulkier' flipflop stem too.
If the frame had been a 16" I might have considered buying it. But it's way too big for me.

Not 3D forks, unfortunately, they are more like the Bologna (and Lite) cut forks. Lightly tapered towards the drop outs. 3D forks are the same diameter, unlike bologna cut as far as I can tell. I have bikes with both types of forks.

Frame too big for me though, if it was 16" frame I would have considered it myself.
