- for bottom pull front mech
- for BSA BB
- will be used with a rigid fork, so ca. 1996/2000 period
- could be a frameset
- could come with a seatpost if an exotic diameter
- not too fussy on material (but a small preference on titanium )
- price will depends on what you have, but no 1000€/$/£ frame

That's actually quite a tough requirement list.

Sunn were doing bottom pull FD, full rigid and V brakes in 1999.

I have a Sunn Crosss and was a bit taken back with the down pull FD to be honest.

You can always cut off a canti-hanger on a Ti frame without leaving any noticeable trace.
