Assume quite a few of you will remember these. Seem to recall them only really being around in the very early 90s. There was a windsurfing / surfing link perhaps. Based down in cornwall, seemed to feature in MBUK along with 'the rock zombies'.

Anyone got any info or better still pictures of their kit. From memory they did top tube pads, stem guards, stem shoulder pads, saddle bags and possibly disk wheel covers??

and don't forget the Dominator Reflex gloves! They were  . Looked like they had grenade launchers on the knuckles!

Of course! You used to need a lot of plastic moulding on your hands. Did they do other clothing as well.

I had a shoulder/frame bag.. it was black with a coooool local motion logo on it, I think i still have it somewhere.. i would love to find it !!
And yea i think they were based down here.. but im sorry i dont have a pic, id love to see some though. quality retro kit :)
a lot of there stuff was bright yellow and green fluro

yep! Had a pink fluoro frame bag (you know, the sandwich shaped triangle) on my pink/purple Raleigh Mustang. Sweet.

Went well with the pink cable outers, pink cages, pink pump too...

Had the Dominator gloves too, they were ok! Mine just stunk so bad like you wouldn't believe :?

No pics to hand sadly

Didn't Rich have the pink and green gloves when he had his Cro-Mega? I had the blue and yellow ones! And the full set of pink top tube and bar pads on my Mirage.

...ah, they were the days!

I've still got some Cosmic Trail pads......bright orange...nice

One is a toptube into stem pad (potentially lethal as it restricts steering from side to side....a fairly useful attribute to have in a bike i'd say ) and the other is a handlebar pad...

I'll get up some picks if i can dig them out....

Drew :)

I still have a pair of their Mitts, they have slightly longer fingers than track-mitts and a Gel palm, I was using them until recently and they look like it but I'll try and get a pic up when I get a second.

Used to have a Local Motion saddle bag and a padded corner bag in fluo pink, because you never know when you'll need to comfortably shoulder your bike during your paper-round.
