Lefty DLR Manual in PDF format

I have a 2002 F800, though I wouldn't class it as retro, looking at some of the bikes on here it probably is now, anyhow, I had the service / user guide for the fork that I downloaded from the Cdale website back in 2002-3ish but have subsequently managed to lose it.

I have asked Cannondale dealers to no avail, and e-mail Cannondale direct and again nothing, there is nothing on the website or the Internet that I can find as it's pre Cannondale liquidation.

So I was just wondering if any of you folks have it, it's for the Lefty DLR, 100mm with Titanium lower.
