They also do custom frames and forks. However, the welding and dropouts will certainly differ (visually) from the authentic Ti P2, and it's anyone's guess how they will perform.

Thanks that is handy - I saw these which are "P2 ti light" http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/J-L-Titanium- ... 461efe4374- but as you say what would the perform like - not as stiff as the real thing I'm sure, but something will turn up. There are other really expensive ti rigids like these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-WITTSON-N ... 2a4413853a but disc only on these and I rather like the idea of running retro cantis on the '92 HeiHei I'm rebuilding.
