Sure, the owner has little idea. The ad also says it's from 1991, but the Haole didn't come onto the market until 1992. The frame number of this bike is: B57020. The Haole Titan was available in sizes. 53 55 57 and 59. It is a 57 model from 1992.
The bike is well known and was not offered for the first time.

B57020 - Pre-Bullet, No Integral Seat Post Clamp, 1" Headtube. Reproduction 2000 head-tube decal, original seat-tube tubing decal, missing all other decals.

That's really useful intel! Do you think it's worth the asking price?

Seller has described the measurements they used as centre to centre in both dimensions, presumably to allay the usual confusions associated with Kona sizing, etc. Early days of the Haole are not well documented. I would take the manufacture date as a rough guide; this was indeed previously sold as a 92.

It certainly is worth the asking price. If I was interested in another titanium bike I would throw my hat in without pause.

According to Pip, only 250 Haole were produced. The frame is easily worth €500. Buy it and rebuild it to its original state.
But only if the frame is not severely damaged. I paid €700 for my '59 Haole frame.
