I found these recently, and I wanted to share:

I bought a couple pairs of Extension 25s, and one more Dr. Dew, and got them shipped to St. Louis. They have less than a dozen left in stock. They said they found them in a box in their warehouse, from back when the store first opened in the early 1990s. If you call them and talk with Scott the General Manager, you might be able to get some shipped outside of Canada. Good luck!
